If you are a graduate and need a new diploma package, we can mail a new one! Just open and print the form below, complete it, and mail it back to us and we will send a reprint of your original diploma pack! The fee for a new diploma package is only $15.00 per package required!

We are happy to do pre-employment verifications of a students status anytime by email or phone, but if a sealed transcript is required, we can do that too! Just open and print the form below, complete it, and mail it back to us and we will prepare and mail your sealed transcript to anyone who may require it! The fee for a sealed transcript is $10.00 per sealed transcript required!
